We publish this data as a commitment to transparency and to support caregiving research. Every metric shown is an aggregate across all users with no way to identify any individual.

Data Methodology

What IS collected

  • Feature interaction counts (which screens are tapped, not what data is viewed)
  • Anonymous session duration (median of sessions with 2+ interactions — excludes idle tabs and single-event bounces) and session count
  • Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) — no model or OS version
  • App language preference
  • Coarse geographic region (country or U.S. state) — no GPS or precise location
  • Navigation paths (which screens are visited in sequence)
  • Voluntary satisfaction ratings (1–5 stars per feature)
  • Rage-click patterns (element labels, not content viewed)

What is NEVER collected

  • No protected health information (PHI) of any kind
  • No health records, diagnoses, medications, or lab results
  • No names, email addresses, or account identifiers
  • No IP addresses or precise location data
  • No content of messages or notes
  • No demographic information (age, race, gender)
  • No cross-app surveillance or third-party data sharing
  • No data sold to or shared with advertisers or data brokers
